Current plan of attack...

Preparation before term:

• Read up on Empirical Modelling, look at some models and try the tools used within the group.
• Examine and understand Chris Brown's project in detail.
• Experiment with the current agent-oriented parser and create some of my own notations.

Autumn term:

• Work with the EM group to find out where the best ways to improve the parser generator.
• Write some documentation that strictly defines the notation and the behaviour, followed by some user documentation.
• Design changes to the tool, including extra debugging, plus any other issues that come to light during analysis.

Spring term:

• Implement a user interface for defining notations and debugging.
• Write report!
